Minneapolis, MN
A brand new restaurant – as in, it just opened May 12! – The Butcher’s Tale is the latest Twin Cities-based Kaskaid Hospitality endeavor to join the Dinova network. (Already in-network: CRAVE American Kitchen and Sushi Bar and Union Rooftop Bar and Grill.) The concept behind The Butcher’s Tale is a fresh approach to the culinary world of artisanal meats (think: hand-crafted sausages and slow-fired long ribs). They’re also offering an array of the region’s best bourbons and brown spirits, all the better for relaxing and enjoying in the venue’s stylish digs (formerly occupied by Butcher & The Boar) or savoring out on the space’s renowned 4,000-square-foot patio and beer garden.
Take it from Butcher and Head Chef Peter Botcher, “We’ve put together a menu that improves on the traditional favorites I created — including sausages, smoked meats, ribs, and charcuterie. Guests will also see more offerings on the menu — more market-fresh seafood, sides and salads. It’s all here, and I couldn’t be more excited.”

With the addition of these two locations, all three of the Pietro’s Pizzeria Bierria family are now part of the Dinova network – a welcome expansion that reflects Pietro’s strong family connectedness. Owned by brothers Pete and Nick Pashalis and Pete’s brother-in-law John Lois, Pietro’s Pizza is a family affair. As described on the brand’s Facebook profile: “Uncle Angelo arrived in America in the 1930s with a passion for pizza. He worked hard and eventually bought his own pizzeria in Brooklyn. It was there that Uncle Angelo invented a recipe for coal oven pizza. That recipe has been perfected over 60 years and passed down through the generations. My brothers and cousins in New York know the recipe. Diners at Patsy’s, Nick’s and Angelo’s have enjoyed their pizzas, pastas and salads for years.”
Dinova business diners can now feast on Uncle Angelo’s secret recipe dishes at all three Pietro’s locations: Walnut Street and South Street in Philadelphia, and across the way in Radnor, PA. Buon appetito.
