Bowlero Corp. is the largest owner and operator of bowling centers in the world – and their 289 U.S. locations have now joined the Dinova preferred business dining network. Bowlero Corp. comprises three bowling alley brands – Bowlero, Bowlmor, and AMF – each with its own personality and all of which serve up shareable party food classics and a range of cocktails. Here’s how they describe their brands:
AMF is America’s place to play—a modern salute to the glory days of bowling, providing family-friendly fun, league-friendly lanes, and a delicious menu packed with “crave-able” comfort food at centers across the country.
It’s the bowling/dining/nightlife experience that’s packed with amusing throwbacks and ready to amaze. Bowlero is a blacklight bowling, retro-inspired hangout powered by interactive arcade games, signature cocktails, an outrageous menu of Oversized Shareables, and … nostalgia.
The brand that began a national love affair with upscale bowling entertainment, Bowlmor Lanes combines blacklight lanes and arcade games with a wildly inventive menu and original cocktails to create nightclub-inspired bowling fun. Experience Bowlmor and see why our distinctive bowling lounges are perfect for your corporate events.

With a name like Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, this is one straight-talking restaurant brand that just lays its cards on the table – which is good news for Dinova business diners: come here when you’re looking for a “neighborhood burger joint” that offers unpretentiously fresh food, made in-house daily, alongside a roughly 150+ beer choice list (including drafts, bottles and cans). The atmosphere is decidedly casual, with cushy leather booths and butcher block tables, plenty of HD flat screen TVs, and patios with roll-up garage doors in most locations. For unwinding with your team or a casual client get-together, Arizonans can attest: CBCB is the place to be.
If you’ve already read the blurb about CBCB (and even if you haven’t), it’s not hard to grasp what this spinoff restaurant is all about – or as they say on their Facebook profile: “True to our name, pizza is our game.” Cold Beers & Pizza’s specialties include “Midwest Thin Crust” and hand-tossed “Neapolitan Style” pizzas, but they also offer a variety of pasta dishes and fresh salads, as well as cocktails, wine, and a beer list that covers 50+ options (including suds from local Arizona breweries). If all this sounds like your kind of place, then make a note in your calendar to check back in the fall, because the restaurant has just closed for the summer. Feel free to check in on CBP’s Facebook and Instagram feeds to catch Chef Roberto’s travelogue updates on visits with his Grandmama in the European countryside – soaking up inspiration to bring back to the kitchen. Until then, ciao!

The legend of the Così restaurant brand goes something like this: at 17, Drew Harré left his home in West Aukland, New Zealand, in search of the perfect sandwich. His travels led him to an apprenticeship at a bakery tucked behind Rome’s Piazza Narvona, where he learned the ins and outs of making flatbread and became a “veritable bread-baking virtuoso.” In 1989, he set up shop in Paris, creating his own restaurant full of sandwiches made with his amazing bread. As a tribute to his craft’s Italian heritage, Drew named his place after the opera Così fan Tutte, and the rest, as they say, is history. Today, Così is a fast-casual restaurant chain with international locations – including these nine stores now participating in the Dinova network. Drew’s flatbreads are still featured on the menu amidst melts, soups and salads, and catering has become a key area of focus.

Famous 48 Local Kitchen & Bar draws its identity, its culinary inspiration – even its very name – from the great state of Arizona, the 48th state to join the USA. Everything from the décor (washes of color nodding to the area’s adobe-pink sunsets and pale-brown dusty roads) to the menus built around fresh, artisanal ingredients contribute to dining experiences that celebrate Famous 48’s local roots. The overall effect comes off as cozy and relaxed, rather than show-offy. Give the Famous Burger or the Havasu Hot Chicken Sandwich a try, and pair it with a signature cocktail like the Prickly Pear Lemondrop, the Gainey Swizzle, or the Snowball Whiskey and Coke.
Food Truck in Long Beach, CA
There’s a lot to explore – and a lot of Peruvian goodness to savor – rolling around the streets of Long Beach in the Mikhuna food truck. Mikhuna’s menu features an authentic selection of roasted chicken, turkey, or chicharron sandwiches served on brioche buns, with lettuce, aji sauce (for a little kick), and marinated red onion. Or treat yourself to one of Mikhuna’s classic Peruvian dishes: Saltado plates come with your choice of chicken or beef, stir fried with onions & tomatoes, and are served with french fries, green beans, and garlic rice. Check out their facebook feed for daily location updates and menu features.
